Christopher O’Connor is continuing a food industry family tradition started by his grandfather John O’Connor Sr. who in 1929 started a chain of supermarkets in the Union county area of NJ. After attending Boston University’s Hospitality Program and graduating with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Hospitality Administration, Chris returned home to work in the family business, Jack O’Connor’s Restaurant in Bridgewater, NJ, one of three full-service, high-volume, restaurants started by his father. Mr. O’Connor furthered his education by enrolling at N.Y.U., where he completed the Real Estate Licensing Program. After completing the program, Chris was offered a position at GVA Williams a global real estate company with offices in New York City. At Williams, Chris gained professional experience representing various Fortune 500 firms in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties in Midtown Manhattan. In 2000 Mr. O’Connor began working for New Jersey based J.C. Kapas Realty, up and until he joined Bielat Santore & Company in 2006. Richard Seninsky grew up in Northern New Jersey and migrated to the Jersey Shore in 1973. He graduated with a B.E. from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1975. During college, Mr. Seninsky was involved in the development of an amusement company that specialized in the placing of coin-operated games in college student centers. The equipment was then utilized on the boardwalks during the summer season. In partnership with his brother, the company grew fast enough to insure a full time job upon graduation. He later sold his interest, but remained active in the industry. Mr. Seninsky has been involved in the operation and acquisition of different businesses for many years. His experience includes purchasing land and negotiating commercial leases in his own behalf. Mr. Seninsky obtained a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License, and with his first-hand experience in the business world, decided to join the state's foremost food and beverage real estate company, Bielat Santore & Company as a real estate salesperson. |

Ed Wessling is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New Jersey. He joined the firm of Bielat Santore and Company after selling his family’s restaurant which he owned and operated for over 25 years. From his career in the restaurant industry, Ed Wessling has come to understand the challenges of operating a restaurant and the responsibilities placed upon a broker to sell a restaurant in the most confidential and professional manner possible. Mr. Wessling has gained unique insight into how and why restaurant concepts work. He has developed the ability to match buyers with locations and suggest concepts, menu development, design layout and cost controls that will lead to success when executed correctly. After 25 years of serving the appetites loyal customers as an operating restauteur, Mr. Wessling has dedicated the second half of his life to serving the buying and selling appetites of other restaurateurs in a real estate brokerage capacity.
